What’s in a name?

As an adult immigrant to the U.S.A., sometimes I notice things that others take for granted. One such aspect has to do with the first names of individuals; that is, many of them are biblical in origin. My name, by the way, is not biblical because I came from a country where its history is not based on Christianity.

Several years ago, I started a daily Bible-reading routine because I wanted to understand what was at the root of this country that has become a beacon of hope for millions of people from around the world – myself included. I wanted to understand what helped the Founding Fathers collectively create an environment that gets to the core of what every human being desires and deserves; or, put another way, what every sane parent, regardless of their belief system, would want for his/her children. The only way these Founding Fathers – each with strong personalities – could possibly have accomplished the incredible feat is that there was a common theme that ran through their thought process, regardless of their backgrounds. What could it be? What was at the core?

The Founding Fathers and their generation of Americans had suffered tremendously because of heavy taxation and oppression imposed by the king of their motherland. Out of this despair, imposed by another human being, came the philosophy that “All men are created equal” – in the eyes of God – and, ultimately, fought to create a nation that was in line with their conscience. In essence, I believe America has been a manifestation of their belief in a higher call…

… until those with nefarious intent began taking over the educational system in recent decades – both public and most private institutions, to brainwash impressionable youths with utter nonsense. They are robbing our future generations of the country which was built on the notion that every citizen should be able to enjoy freedom. Worse, they are actively producing generations of youths who lack the ability to think for themselves. In effect, they are intent on destroying the U.S.A. as a nation.

What happened to the First Amendment rights of all Americans? The Constitution guarantees all its citizens the freedom of speech. Yet, those who call out “the emperor has no clothes” are being allowed to be canceled, with their livelihood being taken away. How is this even possible in America?

Who could have imagined that schools could become breeding grounds for the destruction of the U.S.A., which the rest of us had long admired and cherished from around the world? And few people appear to be suing those responsible for the destruction of our country on the grounds of denying the Constitutional rights of every citizen. How is this possible?

Throughout history, Christians and Jews have been persecuted. Those on the Left are reviving hatred toward them, actively denying freedom of religion which, by the way, is also guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution. Has the Constitution of the United States lost its teeth? If so, since when? I would like to hear the answers from U.S. Supreme Court Justices.

Despite horrendous persecutions and mass murders, Christians and Jews have survived thousands of years. In contrast, those who seek to deny others’ freedoms have always been defeated in the end.

Many of you reading this post, believe it or not, have biblical names. Before blindly going along with what you are learning – or being told – in school and acting on the notion that some people are less important than yourself and, therefore, it is fine to inflict pain on them, take a moment to be still and listen to your own conscience. Be proud of your Judeo-Christian heritage. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
