Roughly a decade and a half ago, David and I began investing in real estate. Ever since, we have been faithful participants at several monthly gatherings, locally, organized by a few main groups. It is amazing how much we continue to learn from everyone.
At a recent breakfast meeting, it dawned on me that it is the friendships that we cherish the most among those who have always come together with a common interest – investing in real estate.
