As of this posting, the Covid-19 lockdown has continued for slightly over a month in many parts of the world, with no clear end in sight. Like everyone else, I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life.
While hoping for the best, many of us are bracing for the worst – but without the full grasp of what the worst would look like.
Amid the chaos and confusion, the performance by “Andrea Bocelli: Music for Hope – Live from Duomo di Milano” was simply beautiful. It was live-streamed for 25 minutes on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2020. In our household, this day was very special in more ways than one.
I am deeply grateful for our peaceful existence in our small world called home, where I have everything I need.
